Primary Care

We guide you through the daunting maze of health care. We welcome new patients. Se have same day appointments.

Diabetes

We love to treat diabetes. We use the newest agents as well as tried and true agents. GLP and GLP/GIP agents help with weight loss, but also we aim to reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack. Diabetics have a five times greater risk of cardiovasular disease and death.

Hypertension

We have a great focus on treating high blood pressure. This lowers your risk. We do not want husbands to die before their wives. This is a noble cause. Did you know that doctors do not use "best in class" medications. This makes Dr Richman crazy.

Migraines

The office sees representatives from pharmaceutical companies. They show and give samples of the newest cutting edge medications. We are usually about 3 years ahead of what other offices are doing. The newest class of migraine medications is CGRP agents. This is Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide, which is a neurotransmitter sending pain signals in migraine. There are rescue and preventative medications available. We are a long way from Imitrex/Sumatriptan.

Mental Health

That angry husband or failing child have a diagnosis and their lives can be enriched with proper diagnosis and medication. There is more to helpng life than "Lexapro." Anxiety and depression are results of other diagnoses. Treating the underlying cause is much more effective.
